Nice to have a book to reference all recipes vs checking Instagram posts

Consistently Delicious & Easy

From the moment I stumbled upon OA on Instagram, I've been a dedicated follower of her recipes. Besides the fact that they are always easy-to-follow, the ingredients are widely available and cost-effective. Have you ever tried a recipe that calls for 10-20 ingredients (some costly), most of which you'll use once and waste the remainder (hello, black garlic and saffron!)? This is never an issue with any of her recipes since you can stock your pantry with necessities and cut the cruft. I find that I'm scraping the bottom of jars and tossing empty packages of ingredients consistently, not to mention that we ALWAYS finish the leftovers. Going from high/moderate food waste to absolute zero is a substantial improvement in my life and for my wallet. That the recipes are nutritious and delicious? Icing on the dairy-free, protein-filled cake.

This newest cookbook is no different. Easy, delicious, fast - usually in recipes you can only choose two but this is true across the whole book. I’m especially partial to the Kimchi Chicken Salad and the Curry Lentil Soup. Can’t wait for the next one!
